基于CEEMD及相關系數法的GIS振動信號研究

    摘 要:氣體絕緣金屬封閉開關設備(GIS)在應用過程中會出現觸頭接觸不良的機械故障,其振動信號發生異常。為了研究其振動信號特性完成故障診斷,搭建了 GIS 實驗平臺模擬不同接觸狀態,對采集的振動信號采用小波去噪及互補集合經驗模態分解(CEEMD),并通過相關系數計算提取敏感分量進行重構。研究結果表明:正常狀態下 GIS 觸頭振動信號頻譜主要以 100 Hz 及其整數倍頻分布;當接觸故障時其振動信號頻譜中的高頻分量顯著增加,并出現了明顯的三倍頻分量,且分量的幅值會隨著故障程度的加劇而增大。通過此法則重構故障信號,可以清楚地將故障信號所包含的高頻沖擊成分呈現出來。

Study of GIS Vibration Signals Based on CEEMD and
Correlation Coefficient Analysis

    Abstract: Gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) may occurs mechanical faults such as poor contact of the switch contacts during operation, which leads to abnormal vibration signals. To investigate the characteristics of these vibration signals and achieve fault diagnosis,a GIS experimental platform was established to simulate different contact states, then the collected vibration signals are subjected to wavelet denoising and complementary set empirical mode decomposition(CEEMD), and the sensitive components are extracted for reconstruction through the calculation of correlation coefficients. Ultimately, the results show that under normal conditions, the vibration signal spectrum of GIS contacts is primarily distributed in 100 Hz and its integer multiples. When it contacts faults occur, the high-frequency components in the vibration signal spectrum increase significantly and a distinct triple harmonic component emerged. Moreover, the amplitude of the component will increase as the degree of the fault intensifies. By reconstructing the fault signal through this rule, the high-frequency impact components contained in the fault signal can be clearly presented.
