基于多算法模型的叉指電極式傳感器參數優化設計

     摘 要:為實現對叉指電極式傳感器響應目標的全局優化,提出了一種基于改進鵝優化- 最小二乘支持向量機(IGOOSE-LSSVM)的近似模型與非支配排序鯨魚優化算法(NSWOA)的聯合優化方法。分析了IGOOSE-LSSVM 近似模型和 NSWOA 算法的建立原理,搭建了叉指電極有限元模型,并選擇好所需優化的結構參數;在電極仿真模型的基礎上通過拉丁超立方樣本采樣構建了近似模型的樣本數據集,將樣本數據輸入到 IGOOSE-LSSVM 模型中進行訓練以此得到所需的近似模型;聯合近似模型與 NSWOA 算法,以叉指電極輸出電容最大、電極尺寸最小為優化目標,求出了叉指電極的最佳參數優化組合,并對所得結果進行了對比驗證。實驗結果顯示:所建立的近似模型能較好地擬合出電極輸出電容與電極尺寸,其相關性分別達到 0.995 1 與 0.995 6 ;聯合優化方法相比正交試驗其輸出電容提高35.61%,輸出電容響應靈敏度提高50.96%,電極尺寸減小43%。

Parameter Optimization Design of Interdigital Electrode
Sensor Based on Multi-Algorithm Model

    Abstract: In order to realize the global optimization of the response target of the interdigital electrode sensor, a joint optimization method based on the approximate model of the improved goose optimization-least squares support vector machine(IGOOSE-LSSVM) and the non-dominated sorting whale optimization algorithm(NSWOA) is proposed. Firstly, the establishment principles of the IGOOSE-LSSVM approximation model and the NSWOA algorithm were analyzed, the finite element model of the interdigital electrode was constructed, and the structural parameters required for optimization were selected. Then, based on the electrode simulation model, the sample data set of the approximation model was constructed by Latin hypercubic sample sampling, and the sample data was inputted into the IGOOSE-LSSVM model for training to obtain the desired approximation model. Finally, the joint approximation model and the NSWOA algorithm are used to find the optimal parameter optimization combinations of the interdigital electrode with the optimization objectives of maximum output capacitance of the interdigital electrode and minimum size of the electrodes, and the results obtained are compared and verified. Experimental results demonstrate that the established approximation model effectively fits the electrode output capacitance and dimensional parameters, achieving correlation coefficients of 0.995 1 and 0.995 6 respectively. Compared to orthogonal experiments, the proposed hybrid optimization method achieves a 35.61% improvement in output capacitance, a 50.96% enhancement in capacitance response sensitivity, and a 43% reduction in electrode dimensions.
